The City of De Kalb provides clean water, wastewater management, and reliable sanitation services to all residents within city limits. Our water supply meets all standards set by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ).
Water & Sewer
Base minimums apply to the first 2,000 gallons. Meters are read electronically on the 15th of each month.
Sanitation (Trash)
Weekly curbside pickup. Polycarts must be placed at the curb by 7:00 AM on your designated collection day.
