    URGENT! I have contacted PG&E several times now about how my bill is to be paid. It MUST NOT be deducted from my checking… My SS check does not get deposited to my checking account until the 3rd day of each month. If PG&E automatically deducts money from my checking account on the 1st of the month you will cause me to have a bad check, which will lead to NSF, (non-sufficient funds), fees which is not acceptable!
    PG&E MUST NOT do this. I have requested, at least twice now, that I will pay by phone on the 3rd of each month. I was assured that it would not be an issue if I paid 2 days past the due date.
    I asked PG&E to change my due date… PG&E said NO.
    I asked that my bill be paid by credit card automatically PG&E said NO.
    PG&E keeps sending me billings that do not reflect the agreements made by various agents on the phone. I said that I would call in my payments each month on the 3rd, yet PG&E continues to bill me in a way that will cost me NSF fees…
    I asked PG&E to not take monthly charges from my checking account, but PG&E says NO yet again.
    Because this seems to be an ongoing problem of PG&E ‘s ability to make the proper notations on my account of how I am to pay I am extremely concerned about PG&E taking funds out of my checking account.
    I have tried to contact PG&E online, however the computer system is “down”… When I called this morning I was on hold for 40 + minutes. The anger and frustration of trying to stay on top of PG&E’s billing and payment options is beyond words.
    I hope that PG&E will review my account immediately, and make proper adjustments. In fact I would like PG&E to delete my checking account information so deduction of my checking account will not receive any deductions at the time when my checking account is near empty. I am a low income senior with just 1050.00 per month total income. I cannot afford to pay NSF fees, nor do I want to endure the embarrassment this would cause.
    I always pay my bills, and I pay them on time. I am simply frustrated trying to solve an issue that should not be this difficult. I would greatly appreciate some cooperation in helping me solve the problem.
